Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for building plans and driving execution of a variety of projects involving hardware, software and SaaS model services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Working with development teams, engineering leadership, product management and customer support to develop viable plans, drive Agile process and the various Scrums at Intransa.

Position is also responsible for driving the company level Product Life Cycle and Prioritization process on behalf of the VP of Engineering and CMO.

Competencies:

Candidates must be obsessively organized, have a working experience driving software product development projects, and a working familiarity with the following:

  • Agile/SCRUM
  • Test-Driven-Development (TDD)
  • Continuous Integration (CI)

  • Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with SaaS or Appliance focused products are a plus.

This position is primarily responsible for planning, directing and implementing activities concerned with quality standards for a solution that involves hardware, software and SaaS-based services provided through cloud infrastructure. This position must establish and execute validation plans for the associated equipment, system software, application software, SaaS services and the end-to-end solution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Working with development teams, engineering leadership, product management and customer support, develops and initiates standards, methods and validation plans for inspection, testing, and evaluation of products composed of software and hardware, as well as cloud-based services.

Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.

Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.

Interfaces with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, customer, or vendors to coordinate and resolve quality-related problems.

Provides computerized bug reports describing issues discovered and status reports describing progress and concerns related to inspection activities, nonconforming items, and/or other items related to the quality of the process, material, or product.
