Intransa Signs on Ultima Solutions to Provide Technical Support and Warranty Service in India

Intransa, a global leader in end-to-end native IP-SAN solutions, today announced the tie-up with Ultima solutions, a leading 3rd party service and support provider, to provide technical support and warranty repair for its state-of-art IP-SAN products in India.

Ultima Solutions, a group company of SES Technologies — a leading IT distribution company in India — offers outsourced RMA and warranty repair services to leading IT vendors in India. As part of this agreement, Ultima Solutions will now be responsible for providing technical support and warranty repair services on Intransa’s IP-SAN products. To minimize service times and product downtime, Ultima will also stock adequate quantities of spare parts in its support centers, spread across 15 locations in India.
To ensure consistency and quality of technical support provided by Ultima, Intransa has earmarked a rigorous program to continuously train Ultima Solution’s engineers on the latest Intransa products & technologies.
