Intransa and NSI Software Partner to Deliver Real-Time Data Protection Across the Intrastor Storage Grid

(NSI®) to jointly market a tested solution that combines the industry’s leading data protection software with Intransa’s intelligent IP storage solutions. Through the Intransa Partner Solutions Program, NSI and Intransa are able to offer customers a proven and protected IP storage solution that leverages existing investments in IP networks to minimize the impact of downtime on mission-critical data and applications.

NSI Software’s Double-Take® combines continuous replication and failover to provide high-availability and disaster recovery for Intransa IntraStor over any IP network or distance. This joint solution provides customers with a cost-effective way to protect Windows data and applications locally or remotely with minimal impact on network or system performance. Double-Take has a unique failover engine that will enable IntraStor customers to recover more quickly from an outage or disaster and minimize the downtime that is common with more traditional backup and recovery approaches.
