Intransa Launches Customer Satisfaction Program; Chris Harvey Appointed Vice-President

SAN JOSE, California — June 11, 2007

Intransa, the global innovator of network-centric IP storage solutions, today announced the appointment of Chris Harvey to lead its newly renamed StorSupport Customer Satisfaction program. In his new role as Vice-President of Customer Satisfaction at Intransa, Harvey will be responsible for Intransa service and support, and will continue to ensure the smooth operation of all Intransa implementations worldwide.

Specifically, Harvey will provide service and support to customers through Intransa's Technical Support Center. In addition, he and his team offer comprehensive service to address customer's critical business and technical needs worldwide.

Harvey joins Intransa from Zazzle.com, where he developed the customer support program. He brings more than twenty-five years of technology and customer support experience to the role. He spent 12 years building worldwide support organizations for companies such as Auspex Systems, Latitude Communications, Spirent Communications and Qualys Inc. before taking up his current assignment with Intransa.
