Standard System Warranty Service & Support Features
All Intransa software and hardware in our servers, storage and appliance platforms are covered for a full three years with our comprehensive Standard System Warranty at no additional charge. This extensive coverage includes expert Customer Support via telephone (business hours), email and the web.
And our support program goes much further. In the event that a component ever fails, our standard warranty includes Advanced Parts Replacement with free ground shipping.
Our Standard System Warranty also includes Intransa GroundCrew™ phone-home capability. With GroundCrew™, Intransa systems notify our Warranty Department about any failed internal components such as disk drives, fans, and power supplies. Since all Intransa platforms include fault resilient and/or high availability features, that means that replacement parts often can be shipped out by Intransa and swapped out before the surveillance system experiences operational problems.
And for ongoing operation, Intransa Navigator™, is also included. With Intransa Navigator™, detailed reporting provides useful insight into video system platform health and status that can be acted upon, as needed.
Options For Demanding Projects
Building upon our Intransa System Warranty, we also offer several enhanced options for the most demanding project needs.
If you need even more responsiveness, our premium support adds 24x7x365 phone support for constant coverage. It also adds Video Network alerting, giving you comprehensive information about what's happening on your surveillance system.
Advanced Warranty and Support
Advanced Warranty and Support adds Intransa System Utilization Metrics and Alerting, which provides greater visibility into how your surveillance system is operating. Advanced Parts Replacement capabilities are also upgraded, with Next Business Day delivery.
Premium Warranty and Support
Premium Warranty and Support builds upon all Standard and Advanced Warranty and Support features, plus adds Intransa System Enhanced System Utilization Metrics and Alerting capability. Telephone support is also extended to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for comprehensive coverage.
Extended Warranty and Support
All three levels of warranty protection - Standard, Advanced and Premium - can be extended to a full five years for an additional fee based upon system configuration.
