24x7 Online Self-Service:

Via Intransa’s StorSupport website, StorPartners and customers are able to get answers to their questions any time of the day or night. Customers have the ability to:

Most Intransa systems feature hot swap, field replaceable components.

Components are delivered next business day.

Technical Support

Intransa StorSupport Service Plans are supported by the Intransa Technical Support Center located in San Jose, California. Intransa StorSupport Service Plans provide direct telephone access to the Intransa Technical Support Center, which operates on a 24x7x365 basis.

All Intransa Support Engineers have access to the StorSupport Lab which is equipped with Intransa qualified NICs, HBAs, GigE Switches, and Drivers. Calls are automatically routed to the Support Engineer best qualified to assist with a specific question or issue.

Software Updates

Intransa StorSupport Plans include a comprehensive software update program, including bug fix releases and software maintenance updates. These ongoing updates enable organizations to take advantage of the latest technology available.

Timely Onsite Hardware Repair and Replacement

In the unlikely event that a hardware problem occurs, an Intransa-certified technician will be onsite in as little as four hours, with replacement parts to restore the operations as quickly as possible.

StorSupport Service Plans

Intransa StorSupport Plans provide comprehensive service nationwide with two simplified levels of coverage to address critical business and technical needs.

Basic StorSupport & StorWarranty Plan:

Available worldwide, the Basic StorSupport Plan is provided for a full year at no additional cost to Intransa customers as the StorWarranty Plan. After the first year, customers can purchase Basic StorSupport for year two onward.

This plan is designed for organizations that require economical service for non-critical operations. The Basic Stor Support Plan (years 2+) and StorWarranty Plan (1st year) plan ensure onsite replacement of malfunctioning parts next business day.

Premium StorSupport Service Plan:

Available in many major metropolitan areas, the StorSupport Premium Plan is a leading class of service that incorporates all the key features of the Basic StorSupport and StorWarrany Plan. Additionally, four-hour parts delivery is added to the program.

This plan ensures that any problems experienced are quickly addressed, thereby minimizing system downtime for key business applications and ultimate high availability.
