Intransa Pilot™ Live Monitoring Services are available for every Intransa server, storage and appliance system we sell for physical security infrastructure projects. Let us proactively monitor your system status and health, and we can help keep your system up and running in advance of any problems that might show up at a critical time.
- Enhanced, proactive remote monitoring of Intransa system environmental and threshold settings (Internet connection required)
- Remote monitoring through the cloud to our Global Support Center, leveraging SNMP and/or email transmission of key instrumentation & performance data (no confidential data and no video is transmitted)
- Analysis & tracking by the Global Support Center and Intransa physical security and server/storage expert engineers and support specialists, with follow up for any detected issues including incident logging, dispatch, and problem resolution
