At Intransa, we don't think that getting a best-in-class video surveillance, access control, video analytics, or physical security information management (PSIM) system up and running should be hard to do or expensive to purchase and operate. We also think that it should be extremely easy to keep operating at peak efficiency, too, yet be capable of growing modularly, as needed, when needed. And of course, it should offer choice of level of data protection, so that applications that need maximum assurance that video will be available immediately, whenever needed, even with equipment failures. And those that don't need that level don't have to pay for it.

That's what the Intransa VideoAppliance™ Maximum Flexibility family of modular Server Appliances and Storage Appliances combine to deliver. We offer flexible, powerful and reliable appliance platforms for even the largest and most demanding physical security requirements.

Each Server Appliance includes all the power of the latest Intel® server technology with standard, tuned Microsoft Windows operating system environments for security application use.

Each Storage Appliance features an advanced IP-SAN storage system that is designed specifically for the demands and challenges of video surveillance and other security application needs.

We also integrate our patented and patent-pending Intransa Video and Data Management & Retention™ (VDMR™) software technology into each appliance module. VDMR™ optimizes the entire hardware system, eliminating operational complexity, reducing the amount of hardware required, and ensuring that the risk of frame loss that is so common in commodity storage when used for video surveillance is eliminated. VSA System Center, a key component of VDMR™, enables multiple appliance modules to be easily managed and monitored as a single system.

And after all of that, we go a step further. The Intransa Technology Labs jointly test and certify products for use on Intransa VideoAppliance™ with their manufacturers. Hundreds of products have been tested by the labs and our partners since the program launched, and several dozen of the most popular are available of advanced, USB media kits for rapid installation.

BUILD-TO-ORDER CONFIGURATIONS

Maximum Flexibility Server Appliances and Storage Appliances are available on a build-to-order basis, configured with the features your project needs to ensure successful installations and long term, reliable operation.

A Maximum Flexibility solution is built with a minimum of one Server Appliance and one Storage Appliance. Customers often mix and match additional Server Appliances to add more camera capacity, or add Storage Appliances to offer more video retention capacity.
